I was extremely pleased with the care and support that I received at the hospital.
When I had my consultation with Mr Robertson,it was the first time that I had been to the hospital and it was just so calm and relaxing and the staff were all very pleasant and helpful.
As a patient my care was excellent. The staff were all very pleasant and explained what was happening. As different staff came on duty they all cheerfully intoduced themselves which was really nice. It was very nice to have my own room but I never felt isolated - staff were always available when needed. All the staff including admissions, reception, ward staff, theatre staff,
Mr Robertson and all the staff I came into contact with were very pleasant and
helpful.
I also found the printed information I received regarding issues connected to my treatment very informative and useful.
The support number given to me on discharge - ward 2 telephone number was also invaluable when I needed advice. The nursing staff I spoke to were always
very helpful. I would like to express my thanks for the care and support I was given.

Treated with total respect and care from start to finish. If you need to go into hospital this is the one you need to go into.Brilliant!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If this is how the staff carry out their roles every day at the Spire hospital you must be very proud. Unfortunately I don't remember names of those who cared for me but thank you all. Excellent treatement.

Was a bit nervous when i arrived but was soon put at ease by caring staff who went out their way to make me comfortable. After the operation the staff was always on hand should i need anythink.My meals where good and was always hot. The room was very comfortable and was clean. On the whole the treatment i have received by Mr Robertson and the staff at the Spires was excellent and i could not recomend it enough many thanks to Mr Robertson and the staff at the spires
